WHAT WE DO:

EPOXY COATINGS

Epoxy concrete coatings provide the most effective means of protecting concrete flooring surfaces, but they do much more. When you add an epoxy coating to your floors, you create a durable surface that can stand up to almost anything. This finish resists stains and protects against chemicals, grease and moisture. Besides being durable, this surface is easy to maintain. It requires little more than an occasional pressure washing, and most customers find that their epoxy surfaces last for decades, even under heavy use. The epoxy resin we use is one of the best epoxies in the market.

CONCRETE POLISHING

There are many benefits of concrete polishing, polished concrete floors are easy to clean, supportable in high-traffic areas, and offer years of durability. Concrete material offers a modern, minimalistic quality that compliments present-day architecture and interior design. The industrial vibe of polished concrete flooring works well in any space. Polishing concrete is a multi-step process, here at MC Coatings, we take the necessary precautions to ensure a floor that is timeless!

Polished Concrete floors save facilities a ton of money in maintenance costs. While other flooring solutions require stripping, waxing and refinishing, The only care and maintenance that is required for a polished concrete floor is to swab it once a week with a neutral-based cleaner and water. Polished concrete allows business owners and homeowners an unlimited set of options as to color and design. Polished concrete floors can be used in indoor applications as well as outdoor applications and can be stained and dyed with an unlimited variety of colors and designs.

METALLIC FLOOR COATING

If you want flooring which is extremely functional and has a “wow” factor, one of the best options you could look into is metallic epoxy coatings. Metallic epoxy is a form of solid epoxy that has metallic, glitter-like particles embedded in it. The result is an extremely distinctive and eye-catching effect with three-dimensional shimmering swirls throughout the flooring. If you want a team that is going to get the job done right the first time around, you don’t need to look any further! Your floor will have a smooth, glass-like finish.

Many factors can influence the cost of refinishing work:

·    Location. Where the project will be taking place.

·    Condition of your existing surface. If your surface needs a lot of prep work (for example, scattered low spots that need to be evened out), that will add to the cost of the job.

·    Design choices. The complexity of the design will affect the price.

It's difficult to estimate exactly how long it will last since that answer depends on how often the floor is used and how much foot traffic it gets. However, if a metallic epoxy floor is well taken care of and experiences.

average daily use, it can last for about 20 years.

CONCRETE SEALINGS

A sealer protects your concrete surface from the various elements that can further contribute to damage. Oil, chemicals, salt, grease, weather exposure, UV rays, and moisture are all big ones. In the winter, when your driveway is covered by a layer of ice, water has the potential to seep below the surface of the concrete. This becomes a problem when that water freezes and expands separating the concrete. Sealer prevents moisture and other elements from seeping below the surface and negatively affecting your concrete surface. Applying a sealer enhances the overall look of concrete. Most sealers keep your concrete looking new, while also smoothing and preserving color. Sealing concrete helps to maintain a durable and beautiful concrete surface for years to come.
